How much does it cost?

Regardeless of which lawyer you use for your house purchase, there are unavoidable costs such as local searches and stamp duty land tax. With Complete these costs are declared up front rather than disguised in small print or announced in a final invoice.

500,000.00 - 600,000.00 725.00 plus VAT
600,000.00 and over 825.00 plus VAT

*An additional charge of £195+VAT will be made for all leasehold and shared ownership properties
