Some people think that you get what you pay for and there is no such thing as a free lunch.  So they like to pay a broker fee.

We beg to differ.  One of our hardest tasks is to convince potential customers that just because our service is free it doesn't mean that we have compromised the quality of service or level of expertise.  If that were the case, the media would not call upon us for expert opinion as frequently as they do and other blue-chip companies would not be eager to forge partnerships with us.  We would also not have an awards page jam-packed with awards. 

There is no need to ever pay a broker fee.  At L&C Mortgages, you pay nothing for our service.  And what can we offer you for free?
