Mortgage reminder service
Getting a great deal on your mortgage is one thing, but if you just let you current deal expire, you could end up costing yourself hundreds of pounds a year through higher interest rates.
Our Mortgage Prompt service is a simple way to help you save money and stay in control of your finances, by reminding you when it’s time to review your mortgage deal. Simply let us know when any Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) on your current deal are due to expire and we’ll send you a reminder by email or sms text message 3 months in advance.
This will give you enough time to find and apply for a new mortgage deal and have it ready to start when your old one expires – and by using our expert advice service, you won’t pay a broker fee and we’ll manage your application from start to finish.
