Meet a new adviser team

The A Team

The A Team is supervised by Andrew Archer, 31, who joined L&C in 1999 having just graduated in Business and Finance.  Andrew, originally from Northern Ireland, relocated from Edinburgh to become a mortgage adviser at L&C. 

After a long stint as a mortgage adviser, I found becoming a supervisor a refreshing change and a great new challenge.  I'm really enjoying helping new staff and passing on my knowledge.

Working at L&C is refreshing, as I don't feel like a new starter.  Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming, I actually feel that I've been working here for years.  I love working towards my personal targets, and I find that I'm never looking at my watch, waiting to get home.
