Case Manager
Having been in the football industry since leaving school, it was a big change coming to work for L&C but a good one. I joined in September 2002 in the admin department, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
I have recently become a case manager, helping deal with client's questions and queries regarding the mortgage process. I enjoy the day-to-day responsibility this gives me, and thrive on the customer contact. In the longer term, I would like to be involved in the advisory side of the business, but at the moment I am trying to improve my understanding of the market, and gain some industry qualifications.
