Compliance & Business Process Manager

I joined L&C after completing my degree in sports and exercise science. I began in an admin role and moved to the advisory side in May 2002.  I became a team Superviser in 2006 and spent the next 2-years passing on the knowledge I had gained to newer, less experienced advisers.

With the experience that I have accumulated through my varied roles with L&C, I am now working in the companies compliance department.  My responsibilities currently include; ensuring that the company continues to operate within the guidelines of our regulators and developing policeis and systems to drive the company forward.
