Team Supervisor

After graduating, I joined L&C as a mortgage adviser, which I enjoyed for 2 years. As I had always been interested in training, when the opportunity came up to be an Induction Supervisor I leapt at it! It was a rewarding role - seeing people start out, grow in confidence and find their feet at L&C.

Recently, I have taken on a new challenge: I have become a Team Supervisor, managing a more experienced team of advisers for both mortgages and protection.

I feel that this is a great step forward for me and hope to prove myself in this role as I did my last. As I have achieved the above in the past 4 years, then who knows where I will be 4 years from now, as more and more opportunities become available.

L&C is growing week on week and is constantly striving to do more and get bigger and better. It’s a great thing to be part of.
