When switching your mortgage, your new lender will sometimes cover the cost of the legal fees and the property valuation, but where this isn't the case, legal fees can be costly.

What are the benefits of this legal fees package?
Our package offers you a fixed cost of £299 for residential mortgages and £299 for Buy to Let* (including VAT) for properties with a registered title. For properties with unregistered title, there is an additional cost to cover the registration – see the table below:
