Mortgage Prompt is simple and effective.  Each day that you delay calling us to review your mortgage could be costing you money.  You may shop around for the best deal on your mobile phone or energy bills, and then neglect to do the same for your mortgage.  And yet the savings to be made by reviewing your mortgage dwarf those made in other areas.  After all, your mortgage is probably your biggest outgoing, so it really does pay to look after it.

To make things easier for you to see to your mortgage, we came up with Mortgage Prompt.

1) Do you have an early repayment charge on your mortgage?

If yes, go to question 2.
If no,  call us on 0800 953 0304 today.  Don’t delay. You may be in a position to save money on your mortgage.  So find out now.

2) Does your early repayment charge expire within the next 4 months?

If yes, call us on 0800 953 0304 today.  Don’t delay.  You may be in a position to save money on your mortgage.  So find out now.
If no, click the REMIND ME button below.  The process only take a few seconds.

What happens next?

You will receive a reminder from us 2 months before your early repayment charge expires.  This will give you time to consider your options: either to stay put, or to start the process of remortgaging – that is, moving your mortgage to a new lender to obtain a better deal.  L&C Mortgages will scour the whole market for you and guarantees not to charge you a fee at any point throughout the remortgage process (see free mortgage advice: our no broker fee policy).
